The Vocational Laboratory at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Dhaliara is established in accordance with the guidelines of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to promote skill-based, practical and career-oriented learning among students.
The laboratory provides facilities and basic equipment required for conducting vocational and skill-based courses as prescribed under the CBSE framework. It helps students acquire hands-on experience, develop practical competencies and understand real-life applications of skills related to various vocational domains.
The vocational programmes are implemented with a focus on employability skills, entrepreneurship, communication and teamwork. Regular practical sessions, projects and activity-based learning are conducted under the guidance of trained teachers, in alignment with CBSE and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
