Admission Procedure

Admissions at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Dhaliara are carried out in accordance with the rules and guidelines issued by the Department of School Education and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) from time to time, especially after the school’s recent CBSE affiliation.

1. Availability of Admission

Admissions are open for classes as per the availability of seats and Government norms. Priority and reservation policies are followed strictly as per the State Education Department guidelines.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Students must fulfil the age and academic eligibility criteria prescribed by the Education Department and CBSE.
  • For admission to higher classes, students must have passed the previous class from a recognised school or board.
  • Transfer cases are considered strictly as per CBSE and State Government guidelines.

3. Required Documents

At the time of admission, parents/guardians are required to submit the following documents:

  • Duly filled Admission Form
  • Birth Certificate (issued by a competent authority)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (if applicable)
  • Previous Class Report Card / Marks Statement
  • Aadhaar Card of the student
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Residence proof

4. Admission Process

  • Admission forms can be obtained from the school office during working hours.
  • All submitted documents are carefully verified by the school authorities.
  • Admission is confirmed only after successful verification and approval by the competent authority.

5. Fee Structure
